Hi, Welcome to Ann's Pin Cushion. I celebrated twenty years in the quilting business in July, 2003. I am a registered nurse and still work part time as a school nurse. I have always been interested in fabric and sewing and was introduced to quilting twenty plus years ago. It has fascinated me ever since. My quilting has evolved from the traditional to painting on fabric. I also enjoy folk art and now paint on fabric where I can place pictures in a quilted piece. I am excited that I now carry a line of sterling silver thimbles and related jewelry by TJ Lane. Since my husband, Russ retired he has been accompanying me to the quilt shows. We have four children, one daughter in law, one son in law and three grandsons and a new grandaughter born Sept. 8th. Our oldest grandson is now driving and has purchased his first car. WOW!!
